The event is organised and supported by volunteers, who put hours into making the Festival and Fair a success to give you a great day out - this is a non-profit making event, where all proceeds go directly to local charitable organisations- we hope you come and enjoy the Wray Festival and Fair.

Most of the organisation and preparation for Wray Fair and the Scarecrow Festival goes on behind the scenes, often unseen and unpraised. There are also many more people who contribute to the success of Scarecrow Week and Wray Fair Day itself; some have only a small part whilst others become more involved. Without the efforts of the whole community the event would not be the great success it is year after year. With these thoughts in mind a big THANK YOU is given to all the people who contribute to the success of this special occasion.
